I love the historic feel to this trilogy and have thoroughly enjoyed the characters and their journeys. I love Kate Hewitt's series books and wish they were sold as a bundle! Interesting read - World War I was, indeed, horrific. Post-War brought so much hardship to those who survived the war mentality, physically and economically - times were hard. But, the 20’s brought promise and hope and unexpected opportunities. Great characters in this series- worth the read...
